Ordering and delivery.
When can I expect my order? We work with the most reliable suppliers around the world to deliver the highest quality products to our customers. Depending on your country, the delivery time worldwide is approximately 5-10 days

Products are missing from my order, how is this possible? Since we work with different suppliers, it can happen that the products are shipped separately. If items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them after 2-3 days.

How much are the shipping costs? We will temporarily cover the shipping costs for your order.

Exchange and return.
I want to return an item, what should I do? If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition with all labels. The product should not show any signs of use.

Where do your goods come from?
Our products are produced and shipped directly from our suppliers. The goods are manufactured in Asia and meet all quality standards.

A return shipment must always be accompanied by a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment. Once we have received the returned items in good condition, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 14 days.
